A traditional Swiss cheese fondue served in a bread bowl with boiled potato and cubes of bread for dipping.

Cheese fondue is a staple for family gatherings back home in Switzerland. It is cheesy goodness served warm with bread and boiled potatoes. Its awesome when the bread is dipped in a little kirsch before dipping into the cheese.
