Chapati with cassava leaves and beans (Vg)

Chapati with beans and cassava leaves is the favourite dish of Tanzania. Most families and especially kids love beans several times a week as an alternative to animal protein. It is made of wheat flour, salt and butter; cassava leaves are mixed with onions and peanuts with a pinch of salt and beans is mixed with capsicum, onions, coconut sauce.
