This is a friend's recipe who brought it for lunch and share her meal. The recipe was outstanding and it was inevitably one to redo at home. It is a popular meal during the short cold Cambodian cold season. Today it is a delicious family saver, a great quality meal for everyone to enjoy when time runs short that will make your day more comforting.

  • Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost Overnight
    Step 2 - Microwave until hot (3mins)

    🍙 Best served with rice noodles, bread stick or steamed rice - get yours here.

    Ingredients:
    Beef, potato, carrot, onion, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaf, garlic, dried capsicum, olive oil, star anise, bay leaf, cloves, cassia, fennel seed, rock sugar, palm sugar, salt, soy sauce
