Cambodian Beef Stew

My Cambodian Beef Stew is a warm, nourishing family dish. I usually cook it when the weather is turning cooler. In Cambodia, you can find this dish everywhere as a street food in the short Cambodian winter season.  Packed with nourishing root vegetables, beef and a cacophony of Cambodian flavours, this stew will warm your body and soul after a long day at work.

  • Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in microwave or fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Microwave until hot (3mins)

    🍙 Best served with rice noodles, bread stick or steamed rice - get yours here.

    Ingredients:
    Beef, potato, carrot, onion, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaf, garlic, dried capsicum, olive oil, star anise, bay leaf, cloves, cassia, fennel seed, rock sugar, palm sugar, salt, soy sauce

    Contains: Soybeans and soybean products (eg Miso, soy milk etc), Tree nuts and tree nut products other than coconut from the fruit of the palm
