Burnt Basque Cheesecake

Baked in a hot oven so the batter caramelises into a natural crust, resulting in a dessert somewhere between a Flan and a New York Cheesecake. What started off as a void, missing home baked cakes while living in London, has now become a way for me to share my love for baking with the community around me! Focusing mainly on cheesecakes influenced by my favourite travel destinations in world. The Basque Cheesecake is based on my travels to San Sebastian, Spain!

    Step 1 - Defrost Overnight in fridge

    🧁 Best served with vanilla custard or fresh berries

    Eggs, Plain Flour, Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Philadelphia cream cheese, Thickened Cream
