Braised Honey and Herb Carrots

These tender carrots will provide the right amount of sweetness to any dish. Cooked Sous vide, they have just the right amount of crunch and juiciness.

These are a go to staple when having a meal, kids love them and they’re so easy to reheat. Just drop into simmering water and reheat for 3 minutes.

Contains: Bee Pollen or a product containing bee pollen

Ingredients: Carrots, honey, herbs, butter, olive oil, salt

Reheating Instructions: Place the bag of carrots into a simmering pot of water and reheat for about 10-15 minutes.

I have loved food ever since I was a young girl. My mother had a tendency to always make delicious food and it made me want to be a food critic of all things. I think I thought it would be the fastest way to taste even more amazing food. As I grew older I realised that I wanted to create great food memories for others and began a career in the hospitality world shortly after university.
To me cooking is a  way of bringing people together and I love the magic behind a good meal. I'm an American with a Spanish background, French trained, and living in Australia. It's safe to say, I love pulling from different cuisines and bringing them all together. I enjoy cooking seasonally with lots of fresh herbs.
