This beautiful dish is sure to impress. Fresh Blue Eye Trevalla fillets are grilled and served with a super fresh and slightly spicy dressing.

To PrepareHeat a BBQ or char-grill pan to medium high heat. Grill skin-side down until golden and crisp (4-5 mins). Turn and fry until just cooked. Shake container with dressing to combine ingredients. Spoon dressing over fish
