Beef & Pork Lasagne

A delicious and perfectly balanced combination of Beef and Pork mince a rich Napolitana sauce infused with herbs, layered between pasta sheets and topped with a creamy and silky béchamel sauce. This meal has been in our family for generations. I first remember eating it when I was just a little boy, my Grandmother had made it and was feeding it to me. It has always made me feel warm and secure and happy.

  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):

    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Remove Lid, cover with Foil
    Step 3 - Bake 35mins (Single) to 1h (Family)

    🥗 Best served with fresh and crisp green salad

    Ingredients: Beef, Red Wine,
    Milk, Tomatoes, Onions, Pork, Tomato puree, Butter, Flour, Olive Oil, Parmesan cheese, Bay leaves by master of spices, White pepper, Garlic, Ground cinnamon, Dried oregano, Dried thyme, Salt

    Milk and Milk Products, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt.

Delicious

I had to get 2 of these for the whole family (we are 8) and the boys all had seconds. They love this lasagne and we will be getting again for sure. Great to keep in freezer for fast nights (weirdly still busy during lockdown) Very delicious
