Nat's Beef Pierogi (x8)

Beef is slow cooked until pull-apart tender then stuffed into delicate handmade pastry and rolled into dumplings. These are then ready to be boiled and served with a buttery onion and sour cream topping.
This is my take on the traditional Polish Pierogi with a twist for the meat lovers of the world. Pierogi bring back memories of my Babi and memories of myself as a child attempting to roll them with my Mother in the kitchen. These are a labour of love and usually only a special occasion food for us!

  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):
    Step 1 - Boil frozen pierogi for 3-5 mins or until they rise to the surface and float.
    Step 2 - Remove and drain immediately
    Step 3 - Microwave sauce separately for about 1min or until heated through

    🥗 Traditionally served with a side of sour cream and a crisp green salad

    Ingredients: Beef Chuck, Onion, Butter, Carrot, Celery, Beef Stock, Onion, Egg, Flour, Cornflour

    Contains: Cereals containing gluten and their products, namely, wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt, Milk and milk products, Eggs
