Teresa's Beef & Chorizo Galician Empanada

The Galician Pie is a traditional recipe from 7th century. The secret though is always in the dough, which is made with an infused oil made of paprika. All the ingredients are baked inside of a dough to make the pie. It's a truly delicious little parcel of goodness!

  • Comes in 2 sizes:
    🍴 Single Serve is round and weighs about 175g
    🍴  Family Serve is rectangular and weighs about 700g

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Remove packaging
    Step 2 - Place on kitchen paper (to prevent moisture in dough)
    Step 3 - Defrost in fridge overnight
    Step 4 - Microwaveon medium heat until heated
