Beef and red wine stew slow cooked with Parmesan mash.
This hearty meal is a real winter warmer. Slow cooked for 8 hours. Delicious with a glass of red wine or some crusty bread.
Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt
Ingredients: Beef, plain flour, olive oil, olive oil spread, brown onions, garlic, carrots, red wine, tomato paste, beef stock, thyme, peas, potatoes, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Cook from frozen in microwave on high for 6 mins, take out and stir then reheat for a further 2 mins if required.

I developed a love of cooking through watching my mum make old family favourites such as Sunday roast, spaghetti bolognese and meatloaf. She always had special little tricks and family secrets to make the meals extra tasty. She passed away a few years ago so these memories are very treasured.
