My Pulled Beef Chilli is a recipe I come back to again and again when I'm looking for something flavourful and slow-cooked. With rich Tex-mex flavours and delicious fall-apart beef, this is such a versatile meal to have on hand. You can use this chilli in taco's, burrito's, nacho's, sliders on a baked potato or served with rice. 

In this recipe, I use whole pieces of chuck steak that are marinaded and slow cooked for hours with spices, espresso and dark chocolate, before being pulled apart and combined with red kidney beans.

    Reheating Instructions:

    1. Defrost first

    2. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop until heated through.

    🌶🌶 This meal is spicy

    🥬 Serve with guacamole, cheese, nachos, tacos, burritos, baked potato, in sliders or on rice.

    Ingredients: Cayenne pepper, Black pepper, salt, cumin, coriander, paprika, oregano, vegetable oil, garlic, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, beef stock powder, bay leaves, cinnamon, cornflour, dark chocolate, kidney beans, onions, beef chuck.

This is so filling and bursting with flavour. Have to say I equally love the vegan version, too! Just what the doctor ordered for these cold, winter days!
