Apple Strudel with Vanilla Custard (x2) (V)

A home-made flaky dough with apple filling. This strudel is a vegan version of traditional apple strudel from Austrian cuisine.

  • 🍴 2 Strudels per serving (each Strudel weights about 170g)

    Preparation (cook from frozen*):
    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Place strudels on baking tray
    Step 3 - Bake 30mins (until golden)
    *Defrost sauce overnight

    🧁 Best served with vanilla custard (provided)

    Ingredients:

    Plain flour, vegan butter, sunflower oil, corn flour, sugar, apples, sultanas, cinnamon, organic soy milk.
