Peruvian butter chicken (aji de gallina) is a delicious Peruvian classic chicken dish, slightly spicy and bright yellow from the famous AJI AMARILLO (yellow chilli) peppers, and rich from the unusual but super-delicious cream sauce made with ground walnuts, potato and Parmesan cheese (not spicy) YUMMY !

I am from Peru and my Sunday’s are PERUVIAN BUTTER CHICKEN. It reminds me that warm Sunday at home sharing with the family. This dish is best eaten with rice and loved ones!

Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Nuts

Reheating instructions: Defrost overnight in the fridge or by using the defrost function on your microwave. Then reheat slowly until piping hot. Serve with rice (not included).
