Aji de gallina is a delicious Peruvian classic chicken dish, slightly spicy and bright yellow from the famous aji amarillo peppers, and rich from the unusual but super-delicious cream sauce made with ground walnuts.
I am from Peru and my Sunday’s are AJI DE GALLINA. It reminds me that warm Sunday at home sharing with the family. This dish is best eaten with rice and loved ones!

Reheating instructions: Defrost overnight in the fridge or by using the defrost function on your microwave. Then reheat slowly until piping hot. Serve with rice (not included).
