Ghanaian Beef Stew ‘Abomu’

Abomu is a delicious and nutritious meal prepared in Ghana. This is a revisited version of the traditional recipe as I've included tender beef pieces this time. Abomu is a popular and traditional West African stew. Each country varies the quantity of onions, tomatoes and spices. I prepare this meal for my family quite often and it is a great one to warm you up when needed. Easy to reheat, and enjoy with your loved ones.
