In this form we collect all the necessary information required to setup your profile. There are a few things you will need prior to completing it, have a read and once you have all the pieces you can get started on your form.
1. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
It is a requirement of entry that all Cooks hold valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificates. If you don't have one, it's ok we have a partner organisation that can help you get one (with a special FoodSt discount).
The Course takes approximately 4 hours online and requires an observational assessment at the end. The course costs $169 (after a 60.95 discount using the code FOODST at checkout) and is valid for 5 years.

2. ABN
As a FoodSt Cook you will be operating as an ABN Contractor. If you don't have a current ABN you can set one up free of charge HERE
3. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Please have photo documentation on hand that you can upload to verify your identity. This needs to be in the same name as your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
