I believe FoodSt has the potential to make a HUGE impact on our community - whether its helping people earn an income, reducing work-life stress or simply providing better food, I am passionate about harnessing the power of a homemade meal to do "good". We connect cooks and customers through good food, helping to relieve stress and provide a source of income but did you know we support small businesses too? We have an established network of small local providers who supply our cooks with high quality, local produce for our meals. In return we send our business their way.

If you've ever watched Masterchef you'll understand when I say that many of our home-cooks have "food dreams". Some have wanted to start their own restaurants, cafes or catering companies but... giving up a career that pays the bills and supports the family unfortunately in many cases just doesn't make sense.

At FoodSt we enable our cooks to pursue their dreams, fulfil their passions and let go of the "what if's.."  We are passionate about up-skilling and empowering skilled cooks to earn an income doing what they love and making their dreams a reality.

Portion Sizing Information

 

As a guide:

Protein per serve = 150 - 200g 
Total Weight per serve = 300 - 400g
Anything less than these weights are tagged as "LIGHT MEALS"

To help you decide on portion sizing:

 1 Adult 1 Serving
2 Adults 2 Servings
2 Adults & 2 Children under 10  3 Servings
2 Adults, 1 Child under 10 and 1 Older Child 3 Servings
