Maurice's Vegetarian Lasagne (Vg)

A well balanced combination of Sweet potato, Zucchini and Capsicum perfectly sliced and char-grilled till golden. Layered between pasta sheets and a rich Napolitana sauce and creamy bechamel sauce with baby spinach and basil. This is a family recipe that has been passed on for generations. Cooked at most family gatherings and adored by all the family and friends alike.

  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):
    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Remove Lid, cover with Foil
    Step 3 - Bake 50 mins (single) to 90 mins (family)

    Let rest 10-15 minutes before serving

    🥗 Best served with a green salad

    Ingredients:
    Sweet potato, zucchini, capsicum, baby spinach, wheat flour, milk, butter, parmesan, tomatoes, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, Durum Wheat Semolina.
