I am a passionate home cook that wants to have his food eaten and enjoyed. I come from a family who love to cook, share and enjoy food at the table. My travels through Europe and Asia inspire me to cook a variety of cuisines whilst focussing on fresh and seasonal ingredients. I like to cook with simple ingredients that work well together but also believe that the addition of a condiment can elevate a great tasting dish to a new level. Think of a fresh herby Chermoula to accompany a Moroccan tagine or a fiery Peri-Peri sauce slathered over char-grilled chicken .
