Hi I’m Teresa, I’ve been working in the food industry my whole adult life, as a food technologist and food tech teacher - plus I’m Italian so food and cooking is in my DNA.
My Mum’s an amazing cook, and my Nonna was too, in fact the recipes I follow are usually hers and I try to honour her memory by sticking to them as closely as I can. although she was super secretive and wouldn’t share the finer details of her recipes.
I actually get more nervous about cooking for family than I do for customers. My Dad is the fiercest critic in our family as he feels very strongly about keeping meals traditional and old school - and I’m happy to report that my cooking has received his very treasured seal of approval.
