Vegetarian Chilli (V)

This hearty Vegetarian Chilli is full of flavour and is the perfect accompaniment to a jacket potato or served with any Mexican Main, to fill Tacos or even a salad. I made this meal for vegetarians who are looking for a bit of spice in their life! It provides that punch without being overpowering. A lovely balance of flavours and a little chilli brings warmth to the plate and smiles to faces.

  • 🍴 Single Serve (500g)

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in microwave or fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Microwave until hot (approx 3mins)

    🌶🌶 This is a spicy meal
    🥗 Best served with crisp salad.

    Ingredients: Cinnamon quill, peppercorns, coriander seeds, cumin seed, carrot, red capsicum, fresh coriander, brown onion, garlic, chilli, olive oil, tomato, chickpeas, cannellini beans, kidney beans, tomato paste, vegetable stock, chilli flakes

Vegetarian chilli - Heartwarming and flavoursome

I loved this veggie chilli. Great flavour, texture, filling and love that its gluten free. I will order this one again. Spicy but not too much. Loved it.
