Mac and Cheese with Hidden Veggies (Vg)

A family favourite of Mac and Cheese with the addition of hidden vegetables. Cooked then finished off in the oven to melt the final cheese on top. This Mac and Cheese is a family favourite. Kids and Adults alike don't notice that it is actually packed with vegetables. It is delicious and takes comfort food to a whole other level.

  • Preparation:

    Step 1 - Defrost overnight
    Step 2 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 3 - Remove lid, cover with foil
    Step 4 - Bake 20mins (Single) to 35mins (Family) or until hot in the middle.

    Best served with a green salad 🥗

    Ingredients: Cheddar cheese, Edam cheese, Parmesan cheese, cauliflower, pumpkin, zucchini, macaroni, plain flour, milk, butter, vegetable stock.

    Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt
