We deliver to most areas of Sydney on Wednesdays and Fridays weekly. We deliver to Newcastle Regional area on Saturdays.
Wednesday Deliveries between 6am and 6pm. Orders close Sunday 9pm.
Friday Deliveries between 12am and 7am. Orders close Tuesday 9pm.
Saturday Deliveries between 12am and 7am. Orders close Tuesday 9pm.
All meals arrive frozen in environmentally friendly Woolcool Insulated boxes.
Unfortunately we can't guarantee any of our meals are free from traces of gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts or allergens. All of our meals are made in kitchens that also prepare these ingredients. Our meals are not suitable for coeliacs or people with nut allergies.
Garden to Gourmet: Simply Beautiful Food. A unique, raw food, vegan experience, from raw food chef, Neil Barnett. All our food is made from fresh, organic, seasonal, plant-based produce and contains no wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, eggs or processed sugar. We believe that natural is best, that's why we only prepare fresh, raw, organic, plant-based food from vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, leafy greens, sprouted seeds, sea vegetables (seaweeds) and natural fats and that they retain as much of their goodness as possible by not being cooked. Neil trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary in Los Angeles, taking the Introduction to Raw Cuisine and the Advanced Raw Cuisine courses.
