Most everything I know about cooking, I learned from standing on a step stool every evening in the kitchen next to my mother. I enjoy cooking hearty meals, using healthy methods. I use high quality meats, organic fruit and veg, and only the best coconut and olive oils to cook with. I have been through culinary training at a local hospitality school. This school mainly helped me with knife skills, food safety and hygiene, and the basics of culinary education. My recipes, flavors and techniques are all passed down through the generations of mother's Honduran heritage.
