Helen's Corn Fritters (x6, Vg)

These 6 fritters are incredibly versatile. Whether for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or as a starter, they are a great way to have a meal packed with flavours and super nutritious. Blending some of the corn into the batter makes the whole fritter truly taste of corn, rather than just bursts of it when you bite into kernels.  We love having brunches in our family and most of the time we have them at home. A the perfect solution to help children eat more veggies.

  • 🍴 x6 Fritters per serve (400g)

    Preparation (Cook from frozen):
    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Place fritters on tray
    Step 3 - Bake 15-20mins
    Step 4 - Microwave sauce (1min)

    🍅 Comes with a smoky tomato sauce
    🥗 Best served with a green salad

    Fitters: Fresh corn kernels, onions, eggs, coriander, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, wholemeal spelt flour, besan flour, baking powder, olive oil.
