Growing up in Malaysia, I developed a taste for the exotic flavours of Malaysian cuisine. My mother's love for cooking influenced my passion, kicking off my own journey. Chicken Korma is a popular dish among our family & friends. It's a norm to take a pot of Korma, rice and loaf of French toast to the beach every other weekend or when the family gets together. The heady, robust fragrance of the variety of spices is inevitably what hits me first, sending images of juicy chunks of chicken fillets braising in a thick, rich, full-flavoured curry over a fluffy bed of basmati rice.

Hi I'm Kiran,
From a young age I have always had a passion for cooking. My mother also enjoyed cooking, taught me all her recipes and techniques. I love cooking for my family and they always get excited when I cook because they know it will be exciting and interesting. My style is definitely ethnic but not a particular ethnicity. I love exploring other cultures through food and also enjoy collecting cook books.
Throughout my life I have always had an interest in cooking & entertaining while working in the aviation industry.
