Shallot Pancakes (V)

These delicious Shallot Pancakes are a lifesaver... even though they are traditionally eaten for breakfast dish in Northern China, they can be enjoyed at any time of the day and make a great snack that cooks straight out of the freezer. My husband is from Southern China but he just loves Shallot Pancakes! This meal is his baby and I made it my mission to learn to make them from scratch. They are super soft inside and super crispy on the outside. We love to have Shallot Pancakes as our breakfast and pack some from our kids lunch boxes.

Nice, but aren't really like the photo

These are really tasty, but they are thin and much smaller; not full and puffy like the photo, so a bit disappointing.
