Massiray hails from Sierra Leone but has been residing in Australia for the past 13 years. Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember! In my homeland, I would often prepare meals alongside my grandma and aunties. When I moved to Australia and settled with my uncle, I naturally became the designated chef of the household.
There's nothing quite like the joy I feel when people savor my dishes, their smiles and compliments serving as the ultimate reward. The kitchen is my playground, an exciting realm where I experiment with new flavours and invent innovative ways to enhance meals.
