Teresa's Tuna Galician Empanada

The Galician Pie is a traditional recipe from 7th century. The secret though is always in the dough, which is made with an infused oil made of paprika. The most popular filling is with tuna, but we also like it with beef and chorizo. All the ingredients are baked inside of a dough to make the pie. It's a truly delicious little parcel of goodness!

  • Comes in 2 sizes: 
    🍴 Single Serve is round and weighs about 175g
    🍴  Family Serve is rectangular and weighs about 700g

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Remove packaging
    Step 2 - Place on kitchen paper (to prevent moisture in dough)
    Step 3 - Defrost in fridge overnight
    Step 4 - Microwaveon medium heat until heated

    Ingredients:
     Tuna, Onion, garlic, red capsicum, green capsicum, sunflower oil, paprika, white pepper, tomato, flour, salt, yeast, eggs

I had the tuna empanada. Beautiful pastry with delicious filling. Will definitely order this again.

Very delicious

I loved this empanada the pastry and filling were delicious, nice Spanish flavours only missed the chunks of chorizo sausage. Otherwise really good.
