Why do you ❤ cooking?

Cooking is a big part of my culture. Growing up, my family has always shared recipes, and passed on traditions which I now share with my children. My youngest daughter has several allergies and intolerances to certain ingredients and so making food using different ingredients not only provides me with a challenge, it also keeps things interesting coming up with new flavours and recipes.

How would you describe your cooking style?

My style of cooking is Asian food that is hearty - using fresh, nutritious ingredients that is bursting with flavour.

What's your story before FoodSt?

I grew up with hospitality being a big part of my life as my parents owned a restaurant. I also studied design in university as well as owned a modern Chinese eatery, combining my love of creativity, food and bringing people together. 

Making wholesome food using free range and fresh produce is important to me, and what better way is there than to share it so that everyone can enjoy delicious nutritious food that is suitable for the whole family at the dinner table.
