Hello my name is Erika and I am a classically French trained chef. I'm an American living in the Northern Beaches specialised in Italian, French, American, healthy, and contemporary Australian foods.

I have loved food ever since I was a young girl. My mother had a tendency to always make delicious food and it made me want to be a food critic of all things. I think I thought it would be the fastest way to taste even more amazing food. As I grew older I realised that I wanted to create great food memories for others and began a career in the hospitality world shortly after university.
To me cooking is a  way of bringing people together and I love the magic behind a good meal.  It's safe to say, I love pulling from different cuisines and bringing them all together. I enjoy cooking seasonally with lots of fresh herbs.
I love the mission statement that FoodSt is aiming to achieve. In a day and age of digital overload, sitting around the dinner table with a delicious meal is a great way to reconnect with loved ones and reset ourselves. I can't wait to cook for you!

As a guide:

Protein per serve = 150 - 200g 
Total Weight per serve = 300 - 400g
Anything less than these weights are tagged as "LIGHT MEALS"
