My family had the cheesecake for Christmas Eve dinner. It was a perfect end to a great meal, very creamy but not heavy, and the berries were a clever addition to give it a lift. We’d be happy to have it again.

My mom first taught me how to cook and it was because of her that my passion for food grew. She made sure that I explored different cuisines to develop my palate. Since then I knew I wanted to be a chef but she told me to get a bachelor's degree first so I did and then right after I enrolled myself in Le Cordon Bleu- Sydney which has deepened my love and appreciation for food. Le Cordon Bleu taught me that nothing beats passions when it comes to cooking.
Cooking reminds me of the countless hours I spent in the kitchen with my mom. For me, cooking is all about making people remember home.
