I was born in Italy at end of the ‘70 in a family who has always considered good food to be a priority in life. I became a passionate home cook and also hold a degree in professional cooking (after attending a culinary school in Florence and working in a restaurant for a short period). I have moved to Sydney 3 years ago with my amazing husband and 3 wonderful young kids. My friends have encouraged me to turn my passion for cooking into a profession for years. I cook because I love it, and I love it when people enjoy my cooking. I cook because I love transforming simple ingredients into something truly special. I cook because it’s a way of expressing myself when words aren’t enough. (I cook because I need it.)
