Two best mates behind your new favourite fish burgers. We use a recipe graciously handed down to us by Dan’s Grandmother and we hand make every single patty with Australian and Australian sourced ingredients, right here on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We’ve been business partners on other (ad)ventures like retail fishing tackle and ad agencies for many years, and we had just taken a game changing order to supply cruise ships with our fish burgers, when the pandemic hit and we had to pivot to getting them into homes across Sydney instead. A couple of years on and we’re delighted to have FoodSt’s support in getting these sell out cakes into homes across Australia. We use premium quality ingredients like Australian salt sourced from an Aboriginal non profit, and seasonal and sustainably caught fish that’s immediately filleted and frozen on the boat and then brought straight to us so it’s the freshest fish possible. The secret to our recipe lies in this quality, and in the magic quantities of each ingredient used.
