Classic Pork and Veal Lasagne

You can't go wrong with a classic lasagne, layers of silky fresh pasta, homemade creamy béchamel sauce and a rich pork and veal meat ragù. Meat is cooked slowly for several hours to give time for flavours to develop. This is a hit with my family and I am confident it will be a hit in your house too!

  • Preparation (cook from frozen):
    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Remove Lid, cover with Foil
    Step 3 - Bake 35mins (Single) to 1h (Family)

    🥗 Best served with a green salad

    Ingredients:
    Minced pork, minced veal, pancetta, celery, onion, carrot, garlic, tomato paste, white wine, tomatoes, beef stock, balsamic vinegar, parmesan, milk, bay leaves, butter, plain flour, nutmeg, fresh pasta sheets, Pink Himalayan salt.

    Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Eggs, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt

A classic lasagne

Tasty and good value but this was a last minute replacement for a pastitsio that I was looking forward to.

Great family meal

Loved by all the family! Easy meal to have in the freezer when you don't wish to cook. Enjoyed with a salad. Definitely order again. No leftovers - that says something!
