Wal did his research and pays tribute the history of this iconic Tex-Mex dish with his original recipe for this pie. His beef brisket and pork shoulder is slow cooked for 10 hours with roasted spices, chillies, home made stock, tomatoes and beans to create an authentic, delicious, mouthwatering dish. Wal also uses a mixture of cheeses in the pie to complement and temper the spiciness of the chilli.

Preparation (cook from frozen):
Step 1 - Preheat your oven to 180C
Step 2 - Bake 50 to 60mins
Step 3 - Allow 2-3mins to cool before serving
