Paneer Masala Lababdar (Vg)

Home made cubes of cottage cheese are simmered in a tomato and onion cream sauce with bell peppers and fenugreek leaves. Paneer Lababdar is one of my favourite vegetarian dishes to eat out at a restaurant. The secret lies in how you simmer the sauce. Over years of eating at various restaurants I have come up with my version of this dish and I know you will love it.

  • 🍴 Single Serve (400g)

    Preparation:

    Step 1 - Defrost in microwave or fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Microwave until hot (approx 4 mins)

    🥦 This meal is suitable for vegetarians
    🥖 Best served with naan bread
