Vegetarian Empanadas (x3, V)

These vegetarian Empanadas are perfectly crafted, I make my own handmade pastry and all the delicious fillings from scratch. I perfected this recipe when I was working at the Shangri-La hotel.  My Chef de Cuisine was Chilean and he taught me how to make these original Chilean Empanadas. It's a really special recipe!

  • 🍴 3x Empanadas per serving (300g)

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 3 - Brush the empanadas with egg yolk*
    Step 3 - Bake on a tray 25-30mins

    Pantry Essentials:
    🥚 Optional - Egg yolk to brush on empanadas.

    🥗 Best served with a crisp green salad.

    Ingredients: Carrot , red capsicum paste, onion, beans, corn, cumin, black pepper, salt, thyme, red capsicum paper, flour, olive oil, salt, water.

    Contains: Gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt.
