These beautiful homemade vegetarian (and vegan) dumplings are lovingly made with completely hand-made pastry. These are the perfect "I forgot dinner" life saver as you can cook them straight from frozen for a satisfying, healthy and delicious meal.
Preparation: Step 1 - Oil the base of the dumplings Step 2 - Steam 15-20 mins or pan fry (see below)
You can alternatively: Pan fry from frozen with a bit of oil, add frozen dumplings once hot with a cup of water. Close the lid until all the water is dry and the dumplings have turned golden brown and crispy.
