Shallot Pancakes (V)

These delicious Shallot Pancakes are a lifesaver... even though they are traditionally eaten for breakfast dish in Northern China, they can be enjoyed at any time of the day and make a great snack that cooks straight out of the freezer. My husband is from Southern China but he just loves Shallot Pancakes! This meal is his baby and I made it my mission to learn to make them from scratch. They are super soft inside and super crispy on the outside. We love to have Shallot Pancakes as our breakfast and pack some from our kids lunch boxes.

  • 🍴 x10 pancakes per serve (450g)

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Heat Pan over medium heat (add a bit of oil)
    Step 2 - Cook until golden brown

    Ingredients:
    Plain flour,water,olive oil,salt,soy sauce,spring onion,white cup mushroom

    Contains: Soybeans and soybean products (eg Miso, soy milk etc), Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt
