Satay Tofu Noodles

I love the flavour of Chinese restaurant satay sauces, I've developed this recipe to include tofu and veggies to become a complete meal. 

In this meal, egg noodles are tossed with a homemade Chinese style satay sauce, mixed with tofu and vegetables. This satay is addictive and will leave you feeling full and satisfied! Perfect for quick lunches and emergency dinners.

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in microwave
    Step 2 - Give it a stir
    Step 3 - Microwave until heated through (approx 3 mins)
