This is an absolutely delicious vegan, flourless, vegetarian dish. Its a meal we made when there were leftovers items in the fridge. It is a childhood favourite and it has everything you need for a balanced meal in one spoonful. Delicious!
Made with vegetable protein, and a mix of fresh vegetables and then topped with a delicious potato mash, this is a fantastic mid week meal.
And for any non-vegans out there - our warehouse staff were fooled when we gave this to them, they had no idea it was vegan! Winner!
