Beef Superfood Slow Cooked Curry

Now this is the dish that everyone needs in colder weather... jam packed with goodness, soul-warming and so tasty! Beef is slow cooked in a mixture of spices including turmeric, cinnamon and coriander, vegetables and chickpeas .... so delicious and so good!! Organic version has completely organic ingredients.

  • Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Microwave until hot (approx 4mins)

    🍙 Best served with brown rice

    Ingredients: Organic beef, coconut oil, onion, garlic, ginger, curry powder, chilli powder, ground turmeric, ground coriander, fennel seeds, ground cumin, cinnamon quill, coconut milk, chicken stock, chickpeas, broccoli, kale

    Contains: Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt

Hearty and healthy

Love all the fresh, healthy ingredients. Nice warm level of spice. Slightly underseasoned (a touch more salt). Kids and adults really enjoyed it.

MELT IN THE MOUTH

Very tasty and the meat was melt in the mouth. Very filling and great texture. Needed a bit more curry for me but that's an acquired taste.
