Naan Bread

Naan is an Indian bread traditionally made using AP flour aka Maida in hindi. While its traditionally made on a tandoor, this homemade one is made using an iron tawa (griddle) that's inverted and the naan is cooked on top of the flame.

  • 🍴 x 4 Naan Breads per serving (300g)


    Step 1 - Defrost Overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Preheat oven 220°C
    Step 3 - Place the naan on oven trays
    Step 4 - Reheat until naan is soft (about 3-4mins)

    💡 You can brush your Naans with butter or garlic butter for extra taste.

    Ingredients: whole wheat flour, all purpose self raising flour, salt, sugar, ghee, milk/curd.
