Maznik - Spinach & Cheese (Vg)

Maznik is a traditional Bosnian Pastry made out of a thin pastry, filled with different combinations of fillings and then rolled into a beautiful swirl. It takes a lot of skill to make and I make everything from scratch the traditional way. I have been making Maznik since I was 11 years old and I just love to be in the kitchen. This is my Grandmother's recipe, my Grandmother is Bosnian/Turkish and this is her family's way of making Maznik.

Had the vegetarian version of this one. Once defrosted, it was a bit tricky to put on a tray due to the amazing delicate pastry. I enjoyed it as an evening meal with a variety of pickles. I will definitely order this again.
