These delicious Curry Puff's are made completely by hand. I make my pastry from scratch with plain flour, olive oil, organic coconut oil, salt, sugar and water. I also make my curry paste from scratch with fresh lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, kaffir lime leaf, garlic, free range chicken, potato, carrot and curry leaves.
I learned how to make these Curry Puffs from my Malaysian friend when I came to Australia as a student back in 2009. After we finished school she went back to Malaysia and I forgot about these yummy little curry puffs. It was only when my husband was flipping through an old album and found some photos and asked why I haven't made Curry Puffs for FoodSt. So here we are and I have perfected the recipe. They are already cooked in my AirFryer and you just need to heat up in the oven from frozen. Ideally bring them to a party, enjoy at tea time or throw them in your lunch box. So yummy!

Really nice, had two of them at lunch today with some sweet chilli sauce....I will order them again...
Our family enjoyed the Chicken Curry Puffs as they were mild which would suit most. Personally I would have preferred them spicier! Perhaps there could be two types - mild and medium? But I guess this is a lot of work.
