Hidden Veg Bolognese Pasta Bake

The ultimate meal for kids!! A slow cooked bolognese, loaded with hidden veg simmered down into a rich ragu that's then mixed with wholegrain spaghetti, topped with cheese and ready to bake in the oven. Ever since my kids were little, they've loved eating spaghetti bolognese - a staple of any household I'm sure. I've spruced mine up with hidden veggies, and the goodness from wholegrain pasta. It's a meal I always have in the freezer and it's perfect to cook as an emergency meal - everyone loves digging in !

  • 🍴 Single Serve (450g)

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 3 - Remove Lid, cover with Foil
    Step 4 - Bake 15mins
    Step 5 - Uncover, bake 10mins

    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Microwave high (4mins)

Great winter feed

Excellent comfort food, ideal during lockdown as it's every bit as good as a restaurant baked pasta. Definite repeat purchase.
