Fish Pie with Parmesan Mash

Fish Pie made with white and smoked fish, prawns and leeks in a creamy white sauce and topped with a parmesan mash.

After travelling 'home' to the UK a couple of years ago, we loved the Fish Pies served in many cafes and pubs, especially in East London. They all had both white and smoked fish in them, giving them great texture and flavour. We couldn't find anything like this here in Australia and after trying a few from Supermarkets and Fish Retaurants, my partner challenged me to do better - so I tried and we both loved the results.

Contains: Milk and milk products, Fish and fish products (eg fish sauce), Crustacea and their products

Ingredients: Smoked Cod, Basa, Prawns, Leek, Peas and Corn, milk, flour, butter, Black Pepper, Dijon Mustard, Chives, Potato and Parmesan Cheese.

Re-heating Instructions: Remove from Freezer and defrost overnight in fridge, cook at 200C (180C Fan Forced) for approx 23-30 mins until topping is golden.

Fish Pie Chunky

The fish pie had chunky pieces of fish and a nice flavour. Not an overpower fish small or flavour. Fantastic dish will order again

Delicious!

The family size is pricey, and initially I was like- hmm that's small, however 1) It was delicious 2) It was more than enough for everyone served with a bit of brocollini on our side and 3) overall we really enjoyed it. Would definitely do it again.
