A classic homemade pub meal brought to your plate! Two pan fried thin beef and veal sausages with fried onions, gravy, naughty potato smash, broccolini and green peas. My husband is from the UK and this dish reminds him of London. It has become a family favourite with our sons and friends too. I hope you enjoy this hearty meal from my home kitchen to yours.
